This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, like free parking, wi-fi, and luggage storage. I remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten jewellery on my first stay. I highly recommend staying here for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The noise from other guests at night made it hard to sleep, detracting from the stay's comfort.

Despite the rough check-in, I loved having a big TV and a fridge for drinks in the room! The comfy sofa made hanging out great, though the shower was a bit sketchy.

After reading the glowing reviews, I was rudely greeted by filthy conditions. the kitchen was disgusting and smelled like something died in there. to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade due to the appalling cleanliness and received nothing but disdain instead. I almost considered a positive review, but I just couldn’t.

The location is convenient as it's on Cowley Road, where plenty of bars and restaurants can be found nearby. The room I stayed in was inexpensive, and there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided for a quick pick-me-up.

We stayed for two nights and appreciated the location, as it was close to the town and within walking distance of many attractions. the overall condition of the guest house left much to be desired. the decor was outdated, and the cleanliness was not up to standard. It felt more like a shared living space than a guest house, which made the experience quite uncomfortable.
